John Deere introduces a new 200 kVA PRIME engine
Based on a simple and direct technology, the PowerTech ™ M 6.8L features a 6,800 c.c mechanical motor, with fixed geometry turbocharger with intercooler and 2 valves per cylinder head.
Like the rest of this new range, it is an engine that can operate at 1,500 rpm or 1,800 rpm. (DUAL FREQUENCY) and that comes to complete the range of non-certified engines for markets where emissions are not regulated or their use in stationary power generators in the European Union.
With this new 200 kVA motor, JOHN DEERE wants to cover the existing power jump between the 6068HF258 180 kVA motor and the 6068HFU55 250 kVA motor and will be completed soon with the new 6068HFU25 225 kVA PRIME model.
In the section on maintenance and technical assistance, JOHN DEERE extends its oil change intervals up to 500 hours of operation and has a network of more than 4800 dealers around the world.
It is, therefore, a very robust engine, reliable, durable, very cheap to maintain and with a guarantee that can reach up to 5 years or 10,000 hours of work.
