SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirming the purchase made. All orders are prepared and shipped from Spain. When the order is ready for shipment in our warehouses, we will send you an email with the shipping code and the name of the transport company. You can track your shipment with that code. Our carrier will get in touch with you the day before delivery.
- Spain (Peninsula) and Portugal: 12 Euros (first unit) + 2 Euros per unit or extra item.
- Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): Consult by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
The delivery terms range from two to fifteen days, depending on the destination and the type of component.
Delivery of Orders
Any damage or fault in the transport must be reflected by the Buyer in the note of delivery of the carrier for its subsequent claim to it by the Seller.
You can return your order within the first fifteen days after you receive it. In case of return, it is important to call our hotline before making the return. Then, we will proceed to make a refund of the entire purchase price, discounting the shipping costs and the customer will assume the return costs of the order to our warehouses. In order to protect the parts, the items must be returned only in their original packaging and all protective materials must be used.
The products supplied are guaranteed according to the guarantee conditions indicated in the product manufacturer’s certificate.

Buyer and Seller expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may apply and submit to the jurisdiction and jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid capital.
